—commonly practiced in hospitals alongside conventional medicine in Europe and the U.S.

By correcting the pelvis and spine,
we restore balance between the joints and muscles
to relieve painful symptoms.

Our practitioners (B.C.Sc. / D.C.), who have completed over 4 years and 4,200 hours of university-level education in accordance with WHO international standards, provide your treatment—so you can feel confident and safe in our care. We address not only chronic stiffness and tension, but also frozen shoulder and sports-related conditions such as marathon injuries.

In Japan, where qualified chiropractors are still rare,
you will receive care from
a true professional.

Chiropractic treatment is now practiced in over 70 countries worldwide and has been legally recognized in about 30 countries, including the United States, Europe, and Australia. The World Health Organization (WHO) also acknowledges chiropractic, alongside acupuncture, as a treatment with proven effectiveness.

Unfortunately, in Japan chiropractic has not yet been formally regulated. As a result, clinics operating under the name “chiropractic” vary widely in quality. Shockingly, even individuals who have taken only a two-month correspondence course in “chiropractic” are able to open clinics.

At our clinic, every chiropractor holds a WHO-recognized international degree in chiropractic (B.C.Sc.), ensuring safe, professional, and reliable care.

Through examinations and consultations,we identify the root cause of your symptomsand address pain in the muscles and joints.

In chiropractic care, we begin by identifying where the pain or discomfort originates—whether in the muscles, ligaments, cartilage, periosteum, or other structures of the body.
For example, if the issue lies in the muscles, we determine whether they are failing to contract or unable to stretch. If joint movement is restricted, we assess whether the cause is reduced flexibility in the ligaments, or if there may be abnormalities in the cartilage or bone. Based on these findings, we provide the specific treatment required for each condition.

Chronic muscle and joint problems require the hands of a professional.

Muscle problems can restrict joint movement, while joint problems can cause muscles to tighten. These kinds of structural imbalances disrupt the body’s alignment, showing up as distortion or poor posture. Over time, they can become chronic, leading to unhealthy movement habits that are difficult to correct on your own.

As chiropractic specialists, we first explain clearly what is causing your pain, helping to ease the anxiety of not knowing the reason behind your symptoms. We also provide advice on stretches and self-care you can do at home to prevent recurrence and support your long-term health.

※In some cases, we may recommend a visit to an orthopedic clinic or hospital for further examination.

Is the cause of your pain in the muscles, or in the bones and joints? We determine this through careful examination and consultation.

We provide the best treatment tailored to each patient’s individual symptoms!

Trigger Point Therapy

A “trigger point” is a knot-like tight area that forms within a muscle. When pressed, it can cause pain not only at the site itself but also in other, seemingly unrelated areas—this is known as referred pain.

When we identify trigger points as the source of discomfort, we locate them precisely and apply targeted treatment to help relieve symptoms.

Stretch Therapy

Even if tight muscles are relaxed with massage, they cannot perform at their best if the surrounding fascia remains stiff.

Stretch therapy targets those hardened muscles and fascia that are difficult to fully stretch on your own, gently extending them to restore mobility and relieve discomfort.

Activator Method Therapy

The human body is made up of many systems—the musculoskeletal, visceral, circulatory, respiratory, immune, nervous, and endocrine systems. Among these, it is the nervous system that maintains overall harmony.

Activator Method Therapy focuses on the nervous system, analyzing areas where its function is impaired. Using a handheld instrument called an Activator, gentle vibration stimuli are applied—primarily to the spine as well as to joints and muscles of the musculoskeletal system—to restore proper function and balance.

Mobilization Therapy

The human body contains joints throughout. When these joints do not move properly, daily life can be greatly affected—for example:

  • Frozen shoulder making it difficult to raise the arm
  • Knee pain causing trouble when climbing stairs

Mobilization Therapy addresses such issues by gently moving the joint passively to improve its range of motion and restore ease of movement.

For areas of the body that must be used continuously
—whether in sports or at work—
even when painful, we also provide taping.

When you have to keep moving despite the discomfort, proper taping offers stability and makes daily activities or sports much easier and more comfortable.

Patient Testimonials

I suddenly couldn’t lift my left shoulder, and even putting on or taking off clothes was painful. As I tried to protect my left arm in daily life, other parts of my body also began to hurt. A colleague recommended this clinic, and after about three treatments the pain disappeared and I was able to lift my arm again. Thank you so much!!

Female, 42, homemaker

Every year I suffered from a vicious cycle with hay fever—stuffy nose → mouth breathing → sore throat. On top of that, for some reason my shoulder stiffness always got worse during allergy season, so I decided to come here for treatment. After the adjustments corrected my alignment, my nasal passages cleared up as well—and I was honestly surprised at the improvement!

Female, 35, customer service

Because I spend all day at a desk working on my computer, the pain in my arms, shoulders, and back gradually became worse. While searching for solutions, I came across the Shoulder and Back Pain Center. When the doctor examined me, I was surprised to learn that the pain was also related to parenting fatigue—like bathing my child or carrying them around all day at an amusement park. It was completely different from what I had assumed! The explanation made so much sense, and I felt very reassured. Now, I make it a point to come in regularly before things get worse.

Male, 38

I had discomfort in my lower back and couldn’t bend enough to put on my own socks. Every morning I woke up with back pain, and even preparing breakfast was difficult because I could hardly walk afterward. The doctor explained that the cause of my pain was long-term muscle fatigue and tightness from my lower back down through my legs, which prevented me from bending forward, backward, or side to side—almost like a limiter had been placed on my body.

During treatment, they carefully worked on the muscles from my back through my legs, taking time to release the tension. Afterward, I was able to reach all the way down to my toes, the morning back pain was gone, and the discomfort in my back had completely disappeared—as if it had never been there!
